Terms and Conditions for Waxlog Lifetime Premium Subscription (Patron Account)

Introduction
This document outlines the terms and conditions (the "Terms") governing the Lifetime Premium Subscription offer (the "Offer") provided by Waxlog Limited ("Waxlog", "we", "us", "our"). By accepting the Offer, you ("you", "Subscriber", "Patron") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
The Offer is exclusively available to beta users of the Waxlog platform. Waxlog reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Offer at its sole discretion.
Offer Details
The Offer includes a lifetime premium subscription to the Waxlog platform for a one-time payment of $100 USD. The subscription grants access to features and allowances of 'Premium' level accounts, early access to new features, Patron status on your profile, and other benefits as described on the Offer landing page. Features and allowances of 'Pro' level business accounts are not inclueded in the Offer.
Payment
The payment for the Offer is non-refundable. Payment must be made in full at the time of accepting the Offer.
Lifetime Subscription
The lifetime subscription is valid for the lifetime of the Waxlog platform or the Subscriber, whichever is shorter. Waxlog reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue the platform or any features therein without notice.
No Transferability
The subscription is non-transferable. It is tied to the account of the Subscriber and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to any other individual or entity.
No Warranty
The Waxlog platform is provided "as is" without any warranty. Waxlog does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the platform.
Changes to Features
Waxlog may, at its sole discretion, add, modify, or remove features from the platform or the premium subscription offering without liability. Waxlog will endevour to provide reasonable notice of any changes in this regard.
Use of Service
The Subscriber agrees to use the Waxlog platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with Waxlog's Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use. Any misuse of the platform may result in termination of the subscription.
Termination
Waxlog reserves the right to terminate the subscription at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Waxlog, without refund or liability.
Amendment of Terms
Waxlog reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Waxlog will endevour to provide reasonable notice of any amendments. Continued use of the subscription following any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, not in court.
