Originally, this album was issued as the companion record to 'Sons And Fascination', and was given away free with the first run of that release. Initially both albums were packaged together as one release as shown here '
this release'.The two LPs were sold shrink wrapped together. The first 10,000 copies of that issue included the 'Sister Feelings Call' album and as a thank-you to fans, 'Sons And Fascination' was sold shrink wrapped with copies of 'Sister Feelings Call' for the price of one album.
The two albums were later separated with '
this version' selling at full price and 'Sister Feelings Call' selling at a budget price.
There are two very similar separate UK releases/versions of this album. '
this version' was pressed by EMI Records and '
this version' was cut at 'Town House' (side A) and 'Tape One' (side B). This version, however, was cut at 'Tape One' on both sides of the LP and was cut by 'Bilbo' (Denis Blackham) and contains possible pressing shapes like those of Damont or Carlton.
This version of the album was issued without a barcode, with custom labels and a plain paper inner sleeve.
Alan Jakoby is credited as engineer on back sleeve but not on labels.
